Day 1
You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel where a Representative will be available to answer any queries, talk you through your itinerary and offer you any other advice or assistance you may require.

Day 2

Hello Cairo! Today, enjoy a guided visit to the famous pyramids and lion-headed Sphinx at Giza Plateau. Sole survivors from the ancient Greek-listed Seven Wonders of the World, the pyramids are the planet’s oldest tourist attraction! Gaze in awe at Cheops (Khufu) - the largest of the three great pyramids. Constructed from over 2.5 million limestone blocks it is thought to have taken more than 20 years to construct. Whilst here, you can opt to enter inside one of the pyramids, subject to opening. Not built for the purpose of accommodating curious travellers, a visit inside one of the pyramids is hot, humid and not recommended for the claustrophobic! For a real Arabian experience, perhaps opt to hire a camel for a trot across the sands of Giza.

We later enjoy a guided visit at the Egyptian Museum. Prize exhibit has to be the priceless funerary treasures of King Tutankhamen, including his legendary solid gold death mask. Also during the visit you can choose to visit the Royal Mummy Room, where 9 royal mummies from the New Kingdom is displayed. Overnight - Cairo (Breakfast included)

Day 3
Free day to enjoy Cairo your way. Perhaps enjoy an optional Cairo city tour or a visit to the first pyramid ever built - Zhoser’s Step Pyramid at Saqqara. There are also plenty of cabs available from you hotel to take you into central Cairo. Perhaps check out the bargains at Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Overnight - Cairo (Breakfast included)

Day 4
Today is a free day until your transfer for your return flight. Return airport transfers to Cairo Airport with a rep are all included within the package. Depending on the time of your return flight you will be able to relax by the hotel swimming pool. You may even organize further sightseeing if there is more of the fascinating city of Cairo that you wish to explore. (Breakfast)

Day 1 Cairo
- Your Egypt travel adventure begins with you being met at Cairo airport and transferred to your hotel. (No meals provided today)

Day 2 Cairo - Today we explore the world-famous Pyramids at Giza and the Lion headed Sphinx at Giza . This afternoon we check out the Step Pyramid at Saqqara constructed in 27BC! After a chance to freshen up and have dinner, this evening we catch an overnight train to Luxor .

Day 3 Luxor - Arrive and check into hotel. One of the world's greatest open-air museums, the 4000 year old site of ancient Thebes - known today as Luxor is our base for two exciting days of exploration. Enjoy some rest and relaxation. Tonight, an optional visit is available to view Temple of Luxor by night with a restaurant dinner afterwards. Transport is by traditional horse and carriage . The excursion is payable locally. Rest of evening free to enjoy the facilities of our hotel.

Day 4 Luxor - An early start! There is the option to float over Luxor in a hot air balloon and see area wake up and come alive. Afterwards, we cross to the West Bank , where we'll see the massive twin seated statues known as the Colossi of Memnon . We'll then explore the Valleys of the Kings and Queens and the awesome ramped and colonnaded Temple of Queen Hatshepsut . Later, a chance to relax before our visit to the colossal Temple of Karnak . Lose yourself in the stone-columned Hypostle Hall and go crazy with your camera. This is ancient Egypt . Tonight we return to Cairo by overnight train .

Day 5 Cairo - After arrival back in Cairo and hotel check-in, we visit the famous Egyptian Museum , famed for the treasures of King Tutankhamen and his famous solid gold funerary mask. Rest of day free to relax or explore Cairo your way. (Breakfast box)

Day 6 Cairo - After check out your included arrival transfer will take you to the airport.

Day 1 Cairo

Day 2 Cairo - Today we explore the world-famous Pyramids at Giza and the Lion headed Sphinx at Giza . This afternoon we check out the Step Pyramid at Saqqara constructed in 27BC! After a chance to freshen up and have dinner, this evening we catch an overnight train to Aswan .
Day 3 Aswan - Our train arrives in the morning and we are transferred to our Hotel. An optional visit to Agilika Island to tour the Philae temple, including a Nubian dinner. Or a free day to relax and explore Egypt's southern most city, shop in the colourful souks and watch the amazing sunset over the River Nile. Overnight Aswan.

Day 4 River Nile, Felucca - This morning you have an optional early morning air excursion to the famous Abu Simbel, temple of King Ramses II . This afternoon we board our feluccas for a 2 night voyage, downstream on the River Nile . (All meals included)

Day 5 Felucca - Relax, go for a swim or just chill out in the sun on deck. Let your troubles melt away, as the felucca plies its route. A stop will be made at the Temple of Kom Ombo . (All meals included)

Day 6 Luxor - Breakfast. Disembark and guided touring of the waterside Temple of Kom Ombo. Journeying onward we visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu en-route to the ancient capital of Thebes. At over 4000 years old Thebes (Luxor) is a living museum and the jewel in Egypt's archaeological crown. This evening we tour Luxor Temple - majestically illuminated by thousands of spotlights. Shafts of artificial light stream from the mammoth columns and intricately carved lintels the architectural brilliance of the temple is magnified with dramatic effect. Luxor Temple is one of only a few temples open for night time viewing and quickly becomes many travellers' favourite. Overnight Luxor.

Day 7 Luxor - An early start! There is the option to float over Luxor in a hot air balloon and see the area wake up and come alive. Afterwards, we cross to the West Bank , where we'll see the massive twin seated statues known as the Colossi of Memnon . We'll then explore the Valleys of the Kings and Queens and the awesome ramped and colonnaded Temple of Queen Hatshepsut . Later, a chance to relax before our visit to the colossal Temple of Karnak . Day 1 Cairo - Free Day. Your Egypt travel adventure begins with you being met at Cairo airport and transferred to your hotel .

Day 2 Cairo - Famous for the pyramids and all things concerning Egyptology; trips to Cairo are educational and awe inspiring. The tour starts in the bustling metropolis that is Cairo, with our own Egyptologist guide for the day. We spend the morning at the Egyptian History Museum and after lunch we explore the world-famous Pyramids - inside and out - and the Sphinx at Giza . In the evening we catch an overnight train to Aswan .

Days 3 Aswan - Breakfast box. Arrive Aswan and check into hotel. Enjoy a day at leisure in Aswan or take an optional visit to the Philae temple, with exotic Nubian dinner on a local island. Overnight Aswan.

Days 4 Aswan- Breakfast/ breakfast box. This morning you have the option to visit the massive rock cut temple of visit ABU SIMBEL. Possibly the most awe-inspiring temple of all ancient Egypt, with its gigantic rock–cut façade, Abu Simbel is a testament to the might of the most revered ruler Ramses II. Later we board our feluccas and set sail along the River Nile. As our felucca plies its way our afternoon is spent lazing about, sunbathing and swimming. Lunch, dinner & overnight felucca
Days 5 River Nile, Felucca - Breakfast. Relax and enjoy the sunshine, as we spend the day sailing and chilling out on the felucca. Go for a swim, sunbathe and enjoy a few beers as the felucca plies its course. Lunch, dinner & overnight felucca.

Day 7 Luxor
- Breakfast. Early morning motor boat launch to Luxor's West Bank and travel on to the imposing Temple of Hatshepsut. Afterward we visit the legendary Valley of the Kings and the massive pair of statues know as the Colossi of Memnon. If you're up for some dizzy excitement then why not go hot air ballooning over ancient Thebes beforehand - it's fabulous at sunrise! This afternoon after lunch and time to relax we visit the colossal Temple of Karnak. Lose yourself in the stone-columned Hypostle Hall and go crazy with your camera. This evening we take the overnight train back to Cairo. Overnight seater train.

Day 8 Cairo - Enjoy a Free day exploring Egypt's bustling capital. Perhaps test your haggling skills at Khan El Khalili Markets, wander around the winding streets of the Islamic quarter and visit the Citadel. Overnight Cairo.

Day 9 Cairo to Dahab
- Breakfast. We travel by bus to Dahab on Egypt's famous Red Sea coast. Dahab has developed from a hippy village to a respected haven with a solid infrastructure for SCUBA divers, snorkellers and travellers seeking sun, sea and relaxation. With a range of beachside cafes, shops and bars along the waterfront corniche, great windsurfing, swimming and local excursions including camel treks available to Bedouin villages and Mt Sinai climbing, you’ll probably love Dahab. An optional adventure to climb Mt Sinai and watch an amazing sunrise will be offered this evening. Overnight - Dahab.
WANT TO DO SOME DIVING IN DAHAB? The 1930km long body of water known as the Red Sea is a gift of nature and quite simply a diver’s nirvana. Visibility is excellent, the water temperate always warm and Dahab is closer and cheaper than Caribbean or Indian Ocean resorts.

Days 10 & 11 Dahab - Wake up and do what ever you please. Chill, relax or simply soak up the sun with a beer in hand. Overnight - Dahab.

Day 12 &13 Dahab - Today, we offer an optional excursion to snorkel the deep blue at the famed Blue Hole. On the outer wall of the hole is a 8 metre vertical shelf, home to a spectacular reef garden abundant with colourful coral and marine creatures. Day 13, is spent at leisure, consider snorkelling at the Three Pools or taking a camel safari along the beach at sunset. 
Overnight (2) - Dahab.

Day 14 Cairo - Early this morning we leave Red Sea and journey onward to Cairo - Africa's largest city. Spend what remains of the day at leisure.  Or why not join us on an optional city tour visiting Islamic Cairo, the Citadel and Mosque of Salladin, the Coptic area and Hanging Church. Overnight Cairo.

Day 15 Breakfast. Our tours ends after breakfast and onward departure transfer to the airport.

Day 8 - 11 Dahab - Arriving at Dahab, our base for the coming days, there is plenty of time to explore the Sinai ñ a region of awesome beauty. Dahab offers great diving, snorkelling, swimming and sun-worshipping possibilities. Check out our exciting range of 4 day dive bolt-ons . Indeed, enjoy an optional excursion to the awesome Blue Hole , which is good for snorkelling. An energetic optional excursion to Mt Sinai and St Katherine's Monastery is also available - book and pay for both these excursions locally. Our climb commences in the early hours of the morning and experiencing the magnificent sunrise atop a mountain is a truly great and humbling experience. Camel and jeep treks into the surrounding Sinai Desert are also available to book locally. Dahab waterfront is dotted with relaxed cafes, bars and shops, perfect for eating, drinking and a little relaxing retail therapy. (Breakfast)

Day 12 Cairo - Early this morning, we bid farewell to Dahab and travel back to Cairo , arriving early this afternoon. We later enjoy a guided visit at the Egyptian Museum . Prize exhibit has to be the priceless funerary treasures of King Tutankhamen , including his legendary solid gold death mask. Enjoy the remains of the day shopping and exploring Cairo . (Breakfast box)

Day 3 Bahariyya Oasis - A free morning or opt later for our city tour or just relax, until our drive by minibus to Bahariyya. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 4 Bahariyya Oasis White Desert - We check out Bahariyya - an ancient oasis dating back to the Middle Kingdom. Continuing by 4 x 4 , we visit some temples, tombs and the Black Desert - a region full of black volcano-shaped mountains. Our desert camp tonight is the White Desert . So named, as the sand eerily resembles snow, the striking White Desert is full of unusual wind-eroded limestone formations and our remote overnight base where we camp out. (All Meals)

Day 5 Dakhla Oasis - Continuing by 4 x 4, we drive to Farafra - the smallest oasis in the Western Desert and famed for it's exotic fruit and olive oil . Here, we can enjoy a dip in one of the natural springs and we'll visit Badr's Museum . Continuing to Dakhla , a true highlight is the medieval city of Al Qasr . Only recently abandoned we wander through the eerie high walled city, mosque, school, olive press and court. Many of the houses here have acacia wood lintels above the doorways whose kufic (Islamic script) inscriptions name the builder or occupants of the dwelling. Additionally, the inscriptions trace the family heritage, the oldest dating back to 1518. We continue onto Deir al-Haggar - the Roman Temple dedicated to the Theban Triad. (Breakfast)

Day 6 El Bagawat Necropolis - Departing Dakhla, we journey to Kharga Oasis . In Kharga we visit the Temple of Hibis , the rambling 4th century necropolis of el-Bagawat built entirely of mudbrick and the temple ruins of Deir al-Kashef , before continuing to Luxor for the night. (Breakfast)

Day 7 Aswan - Journeying south by train, we arrive at the Nile frontier town of Aswan . Check-in to our hotel, we later visit the mighty High Dam . Continuing, we enjoy a short boat trip to Agilika Island for Philae Temple - dedicated to the goddess Isis. Day 11 Luxor - An early start! There is the option to float over Luxor in a hot air balloon and see area wake up and come alive. Afterwards, we cross to the West Bank , where we'll see the massive twin seated statues known as the Colossi of Memnon . We'll then explore the Valleys of the Kings and Queens and the awesome ramped and colonnaded Temple of Queen Hatshepsut . Later, a chance to relax before our visit to the colossal Temple of Karnak . Lose yourself in the stone-columned Hypostle Hall and go crazy with your camera. This is ancient Egypt . Later we take our overnight bus to Dahab via Hurghada . (Breakfast)

Day 12 - 15 Dahab - Arriving at Dahab, our base for the coming days, there is plenty of time to explore the Sinai ñ a region of awesome beauty. Dahab offers great diving, snorkelling, swimming and sun-worshipping possibilities. Check out our exciting range of 4 day dive bolt-ons . Indeed, enjoy an optional excursion to the awesome Blue Hole , which is good for snorkelling. An energetic optional excursion to Mt Sinai and St Katherine's Monastery is also available - book and pay for both these excursions locally. Our climb commences in the early hours of the morning and experiencing the magnificent sunrise atop a mountain is a truly great and humbling experience. Camel and jeep treks into the surrounding Sinai Desert are also available to book locally. Dahab waterfront is dotted with relaxed cafes, bars and shops, perfect for eating, drinking and a little relaxing retail therapy. (Breakfast)

Day 16 Cairo ñ Early this morning, we bid farewell to Dahab and travel back to Cairo , arriving early this afternoon. We later enjoy a guided visit at the Egyptian Museum . Prize exhibit has to be the priceless funerary treasures of King Tutankhamen , including his legendary solid gold death mask. Enjoy the remains of the day shopping and exploring Cairo . Day 17 Cairo - After check out your included arrival transfer will take you to the airport. (Breakfast)
